Income and expenditure form

If you wish to complete your Income and expenditure form online today, please use the relevant link below to access the form.

Please note, this is not a budgeting form and should only be completed if you are in financial difficulty.

If you are unable to keep up with your current contractual repayments or you think that you will not be able to make future repayments and believe you are in financial difficulty, then you should complete this form.

However, if you are able to comfortably rectify your account in the next 30 days (i.e. pay any missed payments and/or overdue balance) then you should not need to complete this form.

Please note: if you have completed an Income and expenditure form with us in the past 6 months, and your financial situation has not changed then you should not need to complete this form again. If this applies to you and you still wish to discuss your situation please contact us.

This form consists of a series of questions about your income and outgoings (such as salary, mortgage payment, rent etc) in order to assess your affordability in repaying your debt by establishing your monthly disposable income. It should take you 15-20 minutes to complete.

This form starts by helping you pinpoint where you spend your money and showing you where you can, potentially, make savings. When you have completed the form, you need to call us and our specialist advisor will assess the information provided and establish if there is a solution which best fits your current circumstances.

You will need to give a detailed overview of your income and outgoings by answering our questions as accurately as possible.

Please have access to the following:

  • 1. Bank statements / Online Banking access
  • 2. Income (payslips, benefits, pension, other income)
  • 3. Household bills and travel costs
  • 4. Accounts help with other banks/creditors

Once you complete and submit the form, we will need you to call one of our specialist advisors who will be able to help you further. You will also be able to print or save the form.

Please note: If a debt management company is acting on your behalf, you do not need to fill in this form.*
